Opal have created this beautiful 4-ply yarn of 75% virgin wool and 25% polyamide with colours inspired by the Vincent van Gogh painting The Red Vineyards at Arles, which I have handwoven into a gorgeously colourful scarf.
The scarf measures a generous 32cms wide by 206cms long (not including the fringe).
It can be machine washed according to the yarn label, however I would always recommend handwashing, drying it flat, and ironing it with a heat protector fabric such as a towel.
